3. Alternative Dial-in Number-A direct-dial phone number with a (404) area code that allows any international participants to join your conference; international participant joining through this number will be responsible for their own international long distance charges.

4. Announcer
A Budget Conferencing representative actively providing assistance to the moderator(s) throughout the call. This might include welcoming participants, introducing speakers and leading an Electronic Question and Answer Session.

5. Application Sharing:In Web conferencing, the ability to share certain programmes or the chairperson's desktop with the rest of the conference, enabling multiple participants to directly collobarate on documents and a multitude of programs.

Question-and-Answer Mode allows a conference call host to mute all participants and allow conference call guests to virtually raise their hands by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypads. The host can then unmute callers with questions and allow them to speak. If a question has already been asked and answered, a participant can lower their hand by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypad again.
