3. Alternative Dial-in Number
Definition:A direct-dial phone number with a (404) area code that allows any international participants to join your conference; international participant joining through this number will be responsible for their own international long distance charges.

4. Announcer:
A Budget Conferencing representative actively providing assistance to the moderator(s) throughout the call. This might include welcoming participants, introducing speakers and leading an Electronic Question and Answer Session.

5. Application Sharing
Definition:In Web conferencing, the ability to share certain programmes or the chairperson's desktop with the rest of the conference, enabling multiple participants to directly collobarate on documents and a multitude of programs.

6. Attendee Head Count-The host can request the Attendee Head Count by pressing (8) then (*) on his or her telephone keypad anytime during a conference call. An audio prompt announces how many participants are on the line at that exact time.
