1. Access Code-The PIN number by which you join a conference; can be a moderator, a speaker or a participant PIN number.

2. Accounting Codes:For accounting purposes, a moderator must enter an accounting code before being able to join a conference call.

3. Alternative Dial-in Number:
A direct-dial phone number with a (404) area code that allows any international participants to join your conference; international participant joining through this number will be responsible for their own international long distance charges.

4. Announcer
A Budget Conferencing representative actively providing assistance to the moderator(s) throughout the call. This might include welcoming participants, introducing speakers and leading an Electronic Question and Answer Session.

5. Application Sharing-In Web conferencing, the ability to share certain programmes or the chairperson's desktop with the rest of the conference, enabling multiple participants to directly collobarate on documents and a multitude of programs.

6. Attendee Head Count
Definition:The host can request the Attendee Head Count by pressing (8) then (*) on his or her telephone keypad anytime during a conference call. An audio prompt announces how many participants are on the line at that exact time.

7. Attendee Name Announce
The Attendee Name Announce feature requires each participant to record their name before gaining access to a conference call. The name of each new attendee is announced as they join the conference call. Also see Roll Call.

8. Audio Conferencing:
Audio Conferencing connects three or more parties together to send and receive information via an audio conference. Although typically synonymous with telephone conferencing, audio conferencing can also refer to Internet phone calls or audio streaming.
