1. Q & A Mode-Muting all participant lines and allowing them to ask a question by telephone keypad indication

2. Question-and-Answer (Q&A) Mode:Question-and-Answer Mode allows a conference call host to mute all participants and allow conference call guests to virtually raise their hands by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypads. The host can then unmute callers with questions and allow them to speak. If a question has already been asked and answered, a participant can lower their hand by pressing (5) then (*) on their telephone keypad again. The host can also lower a hand by double clicking on it in the Web Manager. Also see Presentation Mode and Conversation Mode.
